For customers with valid support agreements, our expert technical team is available to take your call 24/7. We are able to pro-actively monitor most of our systems and, when a fault is detected, this same team will receive a message with the details they need to act.
2. We won’t shy away from tough Service Level Agreements
In healthcare, the stakes are high. We understand this and that’s why we only work with best-of-breed products, and employ the best people. We will work with you to create a Service Agreement that translates our confidence to your peace of mind.
3. We will not outsource our service obligations
Only our expert team will service your system. We employ Communication Technicians, System Integrators, ICT Experts, and Technical Service Managers at each of our five sites. Only the people who know our systems and your unique set-up will service your equipment.
4. We will work with you to review, improve, develop and train
